A RISING OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Expansion of awareness happens when you start to ask - who is it or rather who am I when I am witnessing my own thoughts? This is a quantum leap in understanding reality, shifting awareness away from the "three-dimensional matrix" and autopilot living - an energetic process occurring both in our consciousness AND within the body at a cellular level. It is an acceleration of energy, frequency and vibration and as such, if there is density, shadow and old ego remnants then there must be a willingness to face darkness and accept that the journey involves unlearning rather than just accumulating new knowledge.

Is the physical world an illusion?

Quantum mechanics demonstrated that what appears to be solid to our human senses is merely an illusion. Here is the maths part: .00001% physical matter and 99.00000% empty space. What is empty space? Well, it’s energy. What we see isn’t physical it’s energetic and so are we. It is when we start to question our reality that we are able to learn more about the depths of it. The intricate layers woven together to create experience and in our case time and space in order to have these experiences.
