What Sets Our Retreats Apart
01 / Creativity & Spirituality
Our events have creativity and spirituality at their core, leaning into the exploration of self on a deeper and more profound level. Exchanging experiences with like-minded souls, exploring your own connection to your mind, body and spirit, all in beautiful settings where you can just let go, relax, get curious and have some fun along the way! I provide journals, creative activities with a spiritual twist and guided meditations to support your process.
02 / Expert Facilitation
As a facilitator my main priority is to hold the space, making it feel safe, interesting, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. I’ve been facilitating people in different ways for a long time now and work intuitively, reading the space, the energy and tuning into what’s needed for everyone’s higher-good in that moment. I work with sound and as a musician like to layer sound to create soundscapes, I also channel meditations.
03 / Guided Walks
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself and going on a guided walk provides a different space that includes the elements to allow for a deeper connection in a change of setting. Not only to yourself and others, but to nature as well. We work with expert guides that know all the beautiful spots and trails so that you can relax knowing you are in safe hands!
04 / Delicious Food
Food is always a big part of any experience. For all of our overnight retreats we have an amazing chef who creates beautiful healthy vegetarian dishes with a sprinkle of love, care and attention that goes into each dish. She is also the best baker I know and creates the most delicious scones, desserts and savory bakes I’ve ever tasted. Food brings people together and so when it’s good it’s magical.
