So when you focus on a frequency of an emotion for example, you are more likely to attract those experiences that resonate with the same frequency.

The law of resonance suggests that you attract experiences and situations that mirror your internal vibrational frequency. It’s a fundamental principle that asserts the power of vibration and frequency in shaping our reality. You can use resonance to uncover deep seated beliefs - good or bad from your higher-self or lower aspects of the self.

FREQUENCY

“Everything comes to you by universal law”

Everything vibrates at a specific frequency, emitting a unique energy. Intuition is an example of how we can gain insights and wisdom by ‘tuning in’ to a higher intelligence and/or divine aspect of self.
